To the water...(on a surf board).

When the heavy sky unleashes. When the sea, from grinning to scorned animal turns. When bodies glisten in their black and march toward the tide. When each salty breath is brief and the rampage constant. When time does not trouble nor remind:I am alive.

If I should die...

If I should die before my time, I have no regrets.
No unfinished words to say, no eyes to impress.
'Cos I know that people will still come and go..
I know that I've had more time than most.

If I should die before I time, I have no fear.
No guilt-ridden history, no love undeclared.
There are no great achievements, there are no shining knights,
no graveside oration, but I don't mind.

'Cos I know that people will still come and go, and I know that I've had more time than most.

The Invisible Empire- Song Lyrics

In this sea of faces, these blurred strangers, I offer myself up, one last time.
The invisible empire, where I am emperor, this black, black host, for endless time.

It only takes one person to make you happy, so where is mine? There's soul out there searching who forgot about me, so why do I hear....

Small talk flowing, from greedy Irish pockets, and facades weep, they weep when they're alone.

It only takes one person to make you happy, so where is mine? There's a soul out there searching who forgot about me, so where do I belong?

The Big Blue- Song Lyrics

I will lay down my arms, when it matters.
There will be silence when the time comes.
Where there was calm there will be mourning,
oh did our lives go unrewarded.

Nobody comes when you need them the most, nobody comes when you need them the most.

In the unlikely chance you're watching, before my body breaks- I'm asking.
No resentment here, no honour, it's in the simple things I've faltered.

Nobody comes when you need them the most, nobody comes when you need them the most.

After all that's come and gone before, I'll leave a light on (I don't know who for), beating paths to unknown, unknown doors.

I don't think we're in Kansas anymore

For Larry King: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcMEL3_YsVI

If you teach them to hate- they will hate.
When you say it's ok- they'll discriminate.
But if love is a dirty word, then this is a dirty world, and when you're better than me, then I'm not free.

Oh the shots ring out, the shots ring out, and I don't think we're in Kansas anymore.

Already there- Song Lyrics (For Dad)

Sleep without fear.
The marching band is waiting, to take you away from this hell.
Stolen. Slowly. Not the way you wanted, but God makes a man of you again today.

So the four horsemen of the apocalypse can sing for their supper and their souls tonight, they won't get a thing, no they won't get a thing from you- you were already there.

Years disguise you in an unforgiving sentence and we know the voice but not the mind.
Tormentors play with your every move they're at you, and silence can take their place.

So the four horsemen of the apocalypse can sing for their supper and their souls tonight cos they won't get a thing, no they won't get a thing from you - you were already there.

The guesthouse- Song Lyrics

In the guesthouse, we played out our lives, in 24 little hours, we lived and died.
In the guesthouse, we transformed our minds, impossible hours to leave behind.

William, we were young, and you were younger still.
Years have passed me by but here I'm waiting for you to walk in, to make me young again and help me love again....

In the guesthouse, we transcended lust and heaven descended on every touch.
Let the memories fade, let shadows fall, but history will tell them, I loved you first of all.

William, we were young and you were younger still. Years have passed me by but here I'm waiting for you to walk in, what does that say about a man who's lost without, your face, your face, your face, and the Guesthouse.
